Looking For Now

So many times we are just looking for that quickie. We don't have all day to sit on the apps and small talk. So many times guys say they are looking for now when in reality, they have no intention of hooking up that day. Some guys love the hunt, they love the interaction, but get cold feet when it is time to meet up.

Age

There are many guys out there who lie about their age on the hookup apps. We all have our age limits and some guys think they can sneak in under the radar in a younger age bracket. Unless you do a lot of botox, we are gonna know you are older when we see you. Just be honest about your age, what's the biggie?

It's Complicated

We don't need to get involved in anyone else's drama. We assume if you are on the hookup apps then you are free to mingle. There are a number of guys out there who are lying about their relationship status. Whether they say they are open or it's complicated, sometimes that is not always true. Angles & Size

We all have our good angles. When posting pics on a gay hookup app, sometimes angles can be deceiving. Dicks can look bigger, asses can look plumper, double chins can disappear, but when we finally meet face-to-face, we can tell right away that the pics weren't telling the whole story. Don't lie about your dick size, we know a Subway footlong when we see it. Also, we've all fudged the numbers when it comes to our weight. But when the clothes come off, we are gonna see eventually. Sometimes we like a little cushion for the pushing! But just be honest when it comes to your stats, it can avoid some awkward moments in the bedroom.

Health Status

We really hate the term "clean" on the hookup apps. There's still stigma and misinformation out there about HIV. There are also guys running around with an STD who don't let other people know. It's one thing to ignore your own health status, but it is another to put someone else at risk. Get tested, know your status, and be open and honest about your status. There are too many precautions and resources to avoid spreading STIs, there's no excuse to be spreading them around.
