Ex-Drag Race Judge Santino Rice Dragged Over Trump Support

In a recent rally, Trump gives a shout out to the queer community asking "Where are the Gays for Trump?" One person gave a hoot, and Trump quickly responded, "You don't look gay" to a eruption of laughter. What a jokester! But it does beg the questions, where are the gays from Trump? Well this election has brought out a lot of divisiveness and anger and some member of our community have come out in support of Donald for Election 2024. The latest queer ex-celeb to confess their support for Trump is past RuPaul's Drag Race judge Santino Rice. And it did not go well. But he's not the only one to jump ship, so to speak.

In one Tweet, Santino supports the role of women as President, just not Kamala, and that the nation's hopes lie with Donald. Take a look:

The Tweet, as of right now, only has 41 likes. It didn't take long before the ex-reality TV personality was dragged.

I'd be mortified if I were a fifty year old man who'd been in the public eye for twenty years and could only muster less than 40 likes on a 'look at me being all controversial' tweet in the space of 24 hours.

Santino is on a roll, calling Kamala "dumber than a box of rocks."

Santino says he is a proud resident of California wants hope the state turns back red. Again, he was dragged.

So what happened to Santino? His X profile doesn't reference his two major reality TV shows - Project Runway, that made him a name in the first place, and drag Race. Instead, it reads,"Exonerated & Reinstated 01/24/23 ~ An outspoken advocate for my people’s traditional way of life. Called to places that need the light. In service of the truth." Ok. Though it isn't exactly clear if Santino was fired from Drag Race in 2015 or he left on his own, the official idea was that he left because the show was leaning towards drag culture as opposed to fashion and that he was going to focus on his own career path. After leaving the show, he became vocal about being an anti-vaxxer and anti-abortion.
