There is no scientific magic number of how many times a day we should limit our jerking off. But Dr. Grant talked about the increase in porn consumption and masturbation. That sounds serious! According to medical sources, half of men experience some form of ED. He warns that watching too much porn leads to desensitization, making it more difficult to cum. Also, he says that when the activity in the bedroom doesn't match the glamour of what is seen in porn, men can become disinterested in real sex and resort back to watching the perfect in porn and engaging in masturbation instead of actual sex. Excessive masturbation can also make your genitals less sensitive, meaning when your bed partner tries to stimulate you, it will (pardon the pun) be harder than usual. Don't be too scared. Taking a break from jerking off and using lube can help restore your dick back to normal.

He also talks about the mental effects too much jerking off might have. When someone is too focused on their own self-pleasure, it can cause performance anxiety in the bedroom and impact sex drive. He also states that some might experience mental guilt after cumming to porn.
