Los Angeles, CA: Halloweenie & West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval
As far as gay Halloween goes, if you are a party animal and like a little celebrity in our shenanigans, head to Los Angeles this season. Halloween kicks off with one of the city's biggest and longest-lasting parties around - Fred & Jason's Halloweenie. This event will celebrate its 18th year, and what started out as a mega house party in Fred & Jason's home has blossomed into the LGBTQ celebrity and hot men event of the year at various landmark venues in LA. Every year, this party to kill all parties benefits a non-profit organization, this year proceeds will go to Project Food LA. Not only will you see a number of celebrity faces from the queer community, but you will also see plenty of other body parts as attendees tend to go all out with sexy and slutty costumes. This year's theme is Only Fangs and they have plenty of adult industry ambassadors coming out for this one!

Just stay in Los Angeles and do some touristy things and check your Grindr until you wait for the big gay Halloween day on the 31st. The world-famous West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval has returned, being postponed during the COVID season. This event is free and fills the streets of Boystown with thousands and thousands of attendees. The crowd is inclusive and diverse with elaborate costumes on parade. A fun way to see the sights is to get to one of the many gay bars that line Santa Monica Blvd early and get a seat on the patio, then watch all of the debauchery pass by and snag yourself a hot guy or two (or three.)

Palm Springs, CA: Halloween On Arenas
You can actually mix this one into your Los Angeles trip, it's about an hour and forty-five minute drive from West Hollywood. Every year, Palm Springs closes its gay street Arenas Rd for a block party to end all block parties. Not only is the block sidelined by every kind of gay bar/club you can want, it also features a stage of amazing entertainment and hot men. It is presented free for all kinds of crowds, but be rest assured the majority are half naked men in great costumes. This year's headliner is Grammy®-Winning Motown Legend Thelma Houston. Fleshbot has been present the last few years, bringing a bevy of adult stars with us. If you need more incentive, the Sunday of the party is also the conclusion of Palm Springs Leather Pride. It's a win-win!

Washington, DC: District of the Dead
LOL. That's not a political joke, literally our nation's capital calls its Halloween District of the Dead. If you like some hangover parties with your gay Halloween, this is it for you. It starts on Halloween with discoVERS: Moonwalk, then on Nov 1st with UNCUT: Gladiator and then Nov 2nd with Kinetic: Alien Invasion - all at different gay venues around town. We wonder how many Republicans undercover will be in attendance.
