Marlon Wayans Shows His Allyship, Here's What Happened to His Social Media
You can now add Marlon Wayans to our growing number of celebrities who make up our ally group. Not only has he talked about his transition into an ally, but he is using his social media to fight back at anti-LGBTQ social media users. He's not being nice about it either. He's going full force!

Last week he posted the above Pride Month post, expressing his support of the LGBTQ community. As expected, his post was met with a lot of hate comments. Fortunately, our community rallied and flooded his socials with support comments, including reactions from the celebrity Black community like Todrick Hall and Janelle Monáe. LGBTQ inclusion and acceptance have been slower in minority groups, and Wayans' post is changing that narrative. Marlon's response to haters? Post more!

In his subsequent post, he posts that his child is part of the LGBTQ community.
Yeah and just for the HATE MONGERS … I’m posting ANOTHER.
As a father of a child in the LGBTQ+ community I show my support. Zero fucks what people think. If i lost you… GOOD! Your hateful ass never loved me in the first place. How can you love anyone when you’re too busy judging. Some of y’all funny. I’m a troll. I’ll post all day.
HAPPY PRIDE to all my friends, fam, fans and loved ones. I am happy you’re happy… period
This year, on the talk show The Breakfast Club, he shared that his son is trans. He talked about how much of a learning curve it was for him, and he talked about transitioning...not from his son's point of view, but from his point of view as a parent and his obligation to learn about and love his son unconditionally. The hate comments continued, so he posted even more!
