Drag Race All Stars Season 9 Cast Announced: Let's Take A Look

The dust hasn't even settled yet from the Drag Race Season 16 Finale (check out our review) and BAM! here come the Queens for Season 9 of Drag Race All Stars. This season is sure to be concise as there are only 8 queens (selected from Season 1 to 14) who will be fighting for the crown. For the first time in the show's history, the grand prize of $200,000 will be given to the charity of the winning Queen's choice. This year's award money is supplied by The Palette Fund, a private foundation whose mission is to break down barriers and advance social change in communities that are under-resourced and facing significant challenges. The season will premiere on May 17th on Paramount+ with a two-episode debut, with new episodes to follow every Friday.

So, just who are these Queens? Let's take a look:

Shannel

Drag Race is literally going back to its roots with Shannel, who was the first ever to sashay her way into the Werk Room. She placed 4th for the debut season and returned for Season 1 of All Stars, tying for third. Charity: Anxiety and Depression Association of America

Angeria Paris VanMichaels

Angeria is one of the most recent of the Queens, tying for third in Season 14 of Drag Race. We love her sass and commentary. Get ready for some funny one-liner clapbacks! Charity: National Black Justice Collective

Jorgeous

Another recent Queen, Jorgeous was considered the lip-sync assassin for Drag Race's Season 14. She's gone on to appear at clubs across the nation and at Drag Race Live in Vegas. She's compact but FULL of vida! Aye aye aye! Charity: National Alliance on Mental Illness
