Luke Evans & Fran Tomas Launch BDXY Clothing
Yes, it's true that we've drooled over many a Luke Evans in his speedo pics, and we are thrilled when he forgets to put a shirt on. But the king (or queen) of showing skin has launched a new clothing line with boyfriend, architect Fran Thomas.

Merging the words "bold" and "sexy," according to the fashion website, BDXY is "an apparel and lifestyle brand with a strong focus on classic style with a contemporary twist. Classic staple pieces, with sustainability as an important factor close to all our hearts." The line is more than fashion with clothing, swimwear, a variety of accessories, towels, and even candles. With stylist and creative consultant Christopher Brown, Luke and Fran have but together a line that is streamlined, classic with a modern fit and flair, a through back to old Hollywood.

The main inspiration for the line is the basic T-shirt. Well, not so basic here. The T-shirt like worn by classic actors in iconic roles like Marlon Brando in Streetcar Named Desire and Steve McQueen in The Great Escape. BDXY boasts that you can feel bold and sexy in anything - a tuxedo, underwear, jeans and a T-shirt, it's all up for grabs.

We know and love Luke from his many screen projects, including Beauty and The Beast, The Hobbit, The Alienist, and the recent gay-themed films Our Son and Good Grief. He has named items of clothing from his new line after job roles in the industry, their site states: "On a film set, every crew member has a specific job title unique to the industry. Most have been around since the dawn of film and television production. The Stunt, The Focus, The Gaffer, The Captain, The Boom... The legacy and essential nature of these roles and more, speaks to the enduring appeal of our garments."

Sustainability is the foundation of BDXY. They have implemented eco-friendly manufacturing methods and ethically sourced materials, as well as including recycled and upcycled elements. Classic meets modern thinking.

Though all of their models appear super fit, the site claims that the clothing line caters to all body types. A search on the site shows sizing only goes up to XL, there is no sizing guide to see exactly how XL that size is. The clothing sources from overseas, which tend to run small.

Pricing-wise, T-shirts will run about $87, shorts $170, underwear $38, and swimsuits around $120. It's about what other comparable clothing lines run for.
Yes, we love all of BDXY. But we also like going back to just Luke in a speedo as well...LOL.
