Grindr Launches “Who’s The Asshole?” 

Joining the trend of podcasting, one of our favorite hookup apps, Grindr, is launching its debut show. Provocatively titled “Who’s The Asshole?” it's a sex-positive podcast hosted by the fierce Katya Zamolodchikova, from RuPaul's Drag Race and Drag Race All Stars.

With a tagline reading “unfiltered and judgment-free space to explore the messy gray areas of lust, love, and everything in between…the cheeks," we can only imagine what shenanigans Katya has in store regarding the sex world. Special guests include actor Trace Lysette, comedian Jordan Firstman, country star Orville Peck, and rapper Saucy Santana as they tackle Grindr fails, dating advice, and sex tips.

Katya will serve as a modern-day Dr. Ruth, holding nothing back. She told Variety:

“I love diving deep into the dirty, juicy, filthy tea, so when Grindr said I could be paid to do it?! I jumped at the opportunity with all the enemas and poppers I could find. There are so many topics people are too embarrassed to discuss, but I have no shame to go there. No story is too wild, and in fact, we all have them… assholes, that is.”

Katya auditioned for Drag Race four times before being picked for the show's 7th season. She fashioned her Russian character on a teacher she had at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She learned to speak Russian to form her accent, and also speaks French, with some Japanese and Portuguese. Smart bitch!

She is no stranger to the work hustle. In addition to her drag appearances, she has released a number of projects on her YouTube channel, filmed her comedy special "Help Me, I'm Dying," released her first book Trixie and Katya's Guide to Modern Womanhood, and has co-hosted a number of projects with fellow Drag Race alum Trixie Mattel, including Vice's The Trixie & Katya Show.

She and Trixie also co-host The Bald and the Beautiful podcast.

Clearly, she's an entertainment queen and we are all for her take on the sex and dating life. We wonder if Sniffies will release their own podcast, "Who's the Dick?"
