Law & Order: SVU Returns! Let’s Look at Christopher Meloni’s Butt

This week is the premiere of the 25th season of Law & Order: SVU. We've been fans of SVU for years, the new episodes, and the millions of reruns that run every week. The show continues to make history as the longest-running American primetime drama in history. What first drew us into this iconic show? The true crime drama? The acting? The sound effect (dah- DUH) at the beginning? No, it was Christopher Meloni's butt in his tight dress pants. Like two pumpkins fighting for a patch, we wanted to give him a reason to cuff us. In a big media frenzy, Christopher returned as his character, Detective Elliot Stabler. Our heart flipped when he still filled out those pants so well. He was given his own spin-off, Law & Order: Organized Crime, and made a number of crossovers to SVU. Sad to report that this year's Law & Order franchises will be limiting their crossovers...but we can still watch Organized Crime to get our fill of Meloni's melons. The Law & Order premiere made us take a moment and reflect on all the Meloni ass we have seen. Take a ride with us courtesy of Mr. Man.

Remember Christopher's recent Pelaton commercial? We just wish the pixelation wasn't so big. Keep in mind, this hunk of stud is 62 years old. Can someone say, sexy daddy?

After leaving SVU, Meloni's next high-profile role was in SyFy's Happy. Trying to break away from his SVU persona, he played Nick Sax, an ex-cop who is a drunk, corrupt hit man who is surrounded by murder and casual sex (thank goodness).  Based on a graphic novel, it also includes an imaginary blue-winged horse named Happy. We didn't ask questions, we just wanted to see the butt. Thankfully for us, the producers understood Christopher's biggest assets, and his rear end made more than a few appearances. Enjoy:

He also popped up in Wet Hot American Summer...that wasn't the only thing that was wet and hot.

Meloni's more than ample rump makes a great appearance in a show called Maxxx (yeah, never heard of it either, but just watch):

Turning the clock back, we have to homage to the first time we remember seeing his butt. In the groundbreaking Showtime series Oz, he played the manipulative, sociopath, inmate Chris Keller. With enough all nude flashes of his body and prison sex scenes, we were hooked.
