Just the other week I debuted my first-ever live show flip-f*cking with the insatiably sexy Matty West at Red Eye NY produced and hosted by the great folks of NYSeed (Watch it here for the immersive experience). Although I have put on many a public display of dick-n-butt play for eager audiences this was my first official gig. Nothing puts a smile on my face the same way pounding primo peach on stage while high-fiving the DJ does. What can I say, being cheered on by a happily horny crowd of jizz-junkies makes my balls tingle with joy. Does this make me an exhibitionist? One hundred percent.

Consensual exhibitionism (not to be confused with exhibitionistic disorder) is a kink that is more common than many would expect. Now more than ever, with alt-Twitter and fan sites, more and more people are dipping their dicks into the exhibitionist pool. Apps like Sniffies have made public hookups and cruising much more accessible than in the past. Healthily and Consensually exploring kinks and desires like these can be illuminating in so many ways. Fantasies taste better when you turn them into realities.

Exhibitionistic preferences and motivations can vary widely. Some may find the voyeuristic thrill and the potential shock or arousal of their audience to be exciting. For others, it may exert a sense of power or control and find the onlookers’ reaction to be empowering. For many, the act itself may fulfill emotional or psychological needs, exploring preferences within the bounds of consensual interactions. And then there are those who get off on the attention and validation of exhibitionism. Being the center of attention sexually can fulfill a need for recognition and acknowledgment that one may not be receiving enough of in other spheres of their life.

The ongoing stigma around what the general public deems as unconventional or kinky sex often leads to misunderstandings around such sexual behaviors and desires like exhibitionism, and that sucks. In reality, curiosity about public displays of sex is quite common and can derive from many different places for different people and their experiences. Shed the shame and get in the game. Life is too short to hold out on new experiences.
