For Men Over 50, the Most Popular Dating Site Is...Grindr
The UK recently released its date curated by the country’s official communications regulator, Ofcom, tracks and studies what people are doing online. What apps are the British public using most? How are they spending their screen time? There's so much info in the study, but one astonishing fact was that the most popular dating app for Men over 50 was Grindr! Cut Down on Cannabis
Another recent study making waves is the National Institutes of Health's about daily cannabis consumption. This a look at the folks who are smoking at least once a day. It shows daily users were 34% more likely to have heart failure. Eek! Scary...Besides the possibility of heart disease, daily usage has also been linked to psychosis and schizophrenia. The Golden Globe Nominees Are Here
The 2024 Golden Globe nominees were announced today! Turns out Barbie domination isn't over just yet! The film received. 10 Golden Globe nominations, making Barbie the second most-nominated movie in the 81-year history of The Globes, tying it with the iconic gay musical Cabaret. The final season of HBO's Succession leads the TV awards. Big shocks included May/December being nominated for as a comedy and The Color Purple being snubbed though reviews for the remake are positive. Amanda Bynes Makes Her Comeback with a Podcast
Former TV and film star Amanda Bynes broke out at a young age and was EVERYWHERE. She was a Nickelodeon star with her own television show, she memorably appeared in the movies Hairspray, She's the Man, and Easy A. And then like a lot of teen stars from that era, she had a very public breakdown. Now she's dipping her toe back into the entertainment industry with a podcast, where she tells all, titled Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast.
