Jordan Starr Talks About His Award-Winning Porn Career

How quickly can a new performer become a superstar? A great person to ask is the smoking-hot Jordan Starr. In only a year's time, Jordan has gone from one of many OnlyFans performers to a bonafide award-winning sensation in the gay porn industry. He has done scenes for several of the major studios, like Next Door Studios, and with some of the hottest names in the business; he is also an ambassador for some of the top gay brands, like Andrew Christian. What’s new for Jordan Starr?

I recently attended The Grabby Awards in Chicago (the gay porn Oscars), where I was lucky enough to win Best Newcomer! But past that, I’m just out here on these streets working hard and playing harder. Lots of fun travels and ventures sprinkled in a very vigorous PRIDE tour as an Andrew Christian Ambassador and Trophy Boy.

Could you tell us about how you got started in the business?

Funny enough, I got started in the business by my mom. We saw a news story talking about OnlyFans and I jokingly mentioned doing it. She replied, “You get it honestly from your Daddy, you’re blessed down there; you’ve always shown it off—I got calls from teachers often of you showing off—and from what I understand, you’re giving it away for free [my little sister would rat me out for spicy social posts] so you might as well make money at it."

In a pretty short time, you have worked at a number of the major studios and in a wide variety of scenes and co-stars. How do some compare with others?

When I began, I was extremely honored to receive a couple of exclusive offers. Exclusive offers are a very nice resume check but they don’t mean what they used to. In the world of steaming platforms, entertainers/creators make their own content and have their own collabs so rarely is anyone exclusive anymore. That being said, I’m extremely happy with my decision now. My freedom to work with a wide array of studios greatly attributes to my growth and success as an entertainer. I feel like most major studios have their own flare and brand. And like anything in life, like all of us, have their ups and downs. Working with a variety of studio producers and directors has given me a unique compare and contrast, and also allowed me exposure, and tutelage has enabled me to become an extremely versatile and learned performer.

What is your favorite scene so far?

My scenes are like my own offspring. You can’t openly have a favorite. That being said there are some that have a special place in my heart. And they know who they are.

What do you still want to do that you have not yet?

I have been so fortunate to literally travel all over the world. I have met so many amazing people with so many amazing experiences. But I’m so glad you asked this question. I have a branch of my creator content called Rising Starr that fosters new and upcoming talent. I really look forward to growing that into something that is really meaningful and impactful.

But also as a content creator and studio performer, I really have recognized the challenges facing studios to maintain relevance. I think both are very important and I have a real desire to bridge the gap to where both lanes can work and grow together. So I am super excited to be working on future collaborations to explore ways in which this can become a reality. So stay tuned!

Who is your porn star hero?

It would have to be my husband. Because of his love, partnership, and support my Starr has been able to shoot further and shine brighter!

As a performer, what do you try to bring to the table (and elsewhere) that you think gives you a special edge or distinction?

There are literally so many amazing people in our field that bring so much to the table. I love that we can all be seated at the table together and benefit from the variety.

That being said, it’s never my intention to dim anyone else’s light but to make sure mine shines as bright as it can. My special edge and distinction are my versatility, professionalism, and desire to always learn and grow. I’m very much a jack of all trades and master of none. LOL.

I have a great cock and a good ass. I can take it as good as I can give it.  I have classic Midwestern good looks but am not overworked. I entered the industry in my prime. You’ll find often that younger creators could still use some seasoning and older creators can sometimes be very taste specific. But my versatility allows me a lot of leeway to appeal to a broader spectrum. While my professionalism and reliability greatly extend my being workable and marketable.

Tell us about yourself outside of the business. Who is the man behind Jordan? Personality? Interests? Hobbies? Habits? Beliefs?

The man behind Jordan is family oriented. I love being a homebody. My personality can best be described as an extroverted introvert. My interest is varied but I love travel the most. My hobbies are video gaming and cannabis. My habits are always health-minded. My beliefs are simple. Your body is a temple, worship it, mind body, and spirit. And treat others as you would want to be treated.
