Welcome back! It's your favorite ENBY with our month's first "music treats" piece! Isn't there something quite refreshing, like being freshly douched, starting the month on a Monday?! Turn up the volume and get into the mix!
Albums Worth Diving Into:
Ends & Begins x Labrinth
Fresh off his stellar Coachella sets, he brought out Billie Eilish and Zendaya. Labrinth declares love and longing in every synth and chord in this 28-min sonic feat.
Key Tracks: "The Feels," reuniting with Zendaya about being so lost that you don't know what's real. There's a part where Zendaya sings about a heartbeat, and one tastefully plays underneath her.; "Everything," a love song that sums up that Labrinth's love is everything they need.
Bebe, Bebe Rexha
Bebe gives the '70s and '80s realness with a lotta dance bops just in time for summer.
Key Track: "Visions (Don't Go)," slick verses, a jamming chorus, something I can dance to. Pitch perfect pop song.
Jackman. x Jack Harlow
Coming in at 24 mins and 10 songs, this may be the most refreshing Harlow album I have chosen to listen to! He ditches the braggadocios raps for streamlined storytelling, which does a lot of good for this project.
Key Track: "Gang Gang Gang," you have to get to the end of the track to really get it! In the vein of "Smile" by Jay Z and "Aunties Diaries" by Kendrick, Jack lets us into his opinions about some serious topics. He is surprised by all the allegations and stories he hears about his old friends, but he will drop them without hesitation for suspect-ish!
That! Feels Good! x Jessie Ware
The girls are in their disco bags! Jessie does a genre album without it seeming gimmicky that gives off a funky groove in a way that does not scream, "OH, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE DISCO."
Key Track: "Pearls," maybe because it was a single, but that "Lalala" has me in a chokehold, and I have been wearing pearls a lot.
Through and Through x Baby Rose
I want Baby to do one of those "One Night Only" shows, everything dressed as if the '60s were alive and well. Through and Through sounds like nothing out now. Baby has a cohesive project you want to playback and enjoy to quiet everything.
Key Track: "Tell Me It's Real," words, actions, feelings of affirmation! Baby Rose is pleading for something to take it out of her mind.

Lyna's Summa, Trapselyna
If this is what Trapselyna's summer sounds like, sign me up. It's giving outside, little to no clothes, just vibing with your face screwed up every time she comes in on the song after a sexy beat sets up a good-ass ride.
Key Track: "Leche De Tigre," a Spanish sung bop where every time Selyna says "Papi," I get lower to the ground and shake my knees!
Love was never a popular movement, Tygapaw
A dance floor lover's dream. Tygapaw puts together 8 tracks begging you to sweat and lose yourself.
Key Track: "SK9 (Release Me)," Get lost in this rave-ready track.
love was never a popular movement
Soul, PRESENT x Q
Everyone loves the disco/funk era! A soulful and funk-filled project from the Florida-born singer and songwriting.
Key Track: "Not Alone," the track embodies the sonic theme of the album, reassuring a lover we are in this together.
never worry x Snakehips
Snakehips has entered the jams for the summer race! It gives me the same top-down, speeding past the Jersey shire" feeling that Calvin Harris' Funk Wav Bounce Vol 1 gave me, but collaborating with Daya, Earthgang, MadeinTYO, Tinashe, and more Snakehips has put together a more commercial pop album.
Key Track: Deal with it x Kilo Kush, breathily creates a sultry and commanding dance track.
Road to CASABLANCO. x Armani White
Any album that opens or features a Grandmother's voicemail is a win. Armani stamps his presence in the game with classic brags of wealth, style, and navigating the endless women.
Key Track: "Rob Your Ex," is a more pop-leaning Bonnie and Clyde diddy. Spitting a game to a girl by letting her know her ex is lame and we should run his pockets is crazy.

F65 x IDK
22 songs long, the project is sonically a pleasure to listen to.
Key Track: "Pinot Noir," x Jucee Froot and Saucy Santana, IDK brought the vibes and crafted a catchy kickback song. After some backlash for featuring an LGBTQ rapper, IDK took to the socials to let y'all know he doesn't care and is all about the talent! Saucy offers us a different flow and rides this fucking beat. F the haters!
Singles You Should be Listening To:
"Make a Wish" x Kari Faux
I just want the project. Kari just keeps dropping heat after heat.
"Turn It Up" x Rico Nasty
Rico sounds as confident as ever back to her grunge-beat-filled raps!
"Bops" x Coi Leray
Simply, Coi made a bop about having mad bops. We can only stan.
"Just Relax" x Lola Brooke
Sampling "The Choice is Yours" by Black Sheep Lola makes this song HERS. I don't think we have gotten a snooze track for her at all.
"Jersey Club Movie", UNIIQU3
The Jersey Club queen dropped a new track to get us moving.
"Give It To Me" x Miguel
Who wouldn't let Miguel have it while he serenades you, telling you he loves what you have… give it up immediately.
"100 Bill"x Big Freedia, Ciara
Join forces to make a 100-dollar bop!
"I Like" x Cleotrapa
Cleo slowly feeds us, but I'm always full after she drops. "It can't be on-site if we are never in the same room," gagged me a bit hehe.

"Fell In Love" x Marshmello, Brent Faiyaz
Brent Faiyaz knows his worth and has been letting us all know in real life and his music.
"Co-Star" x Amaarae
From the moment the track starts, I'm lost in the strings, not expecting the pick-up when the beat rolls in; now I am gasping for air from dancing so hard!
Update those playlists and turn the volume up! Keep coming back weekly as I elevate the taste and shake some bass.
