This week is Lesbian Visibility Week, and we wanted to celebrate some of our favorite women who love women. It's astonishing just how many of my favorite stars are out loud and proud lesbians, and it's just another shining example of why the Queer community is so lucky to include these incredible artists.
Jasmin Savoy Brown

If you keep up with the major TV shows or movies then there's a really good chance you're as big of a fan of Jasmin Savoy Brown as I am. She played Evie Murphy on HBOs beyond-brilliant Leftovers, Mindy Meeks-Martin in 2022's Scream and its sequel, and she's currently starring in Showtime's ridiculously good Yellow Jackets. She's as talented as she is gorgeous, and I can't wait to keep following what will be an amazing career.
Cynthia Nixon

She's an actress, activist, and one-time candidate for Governor of New York, Cynthia Nixon is one of the biggest names out there. Most known for her role as Miranda in both Sex and the City and And Just Like That (which just dropped its new trailer), Nixon has been an outspoken activist for LGBTQ+ rights for years. We stan.
Fortune Feimster
Fortune Feimster is one of the most prolific comics out there, and unsurprisingly she's also racking up one hell of an IMDB list, as well. About to star in the new Arnold Schwarzenegger series, Feimster has been a writer and comedian on some of the biggest shows of the last decade. She wrote for Chelsea Handler's Chelsea Lately, David Spade's Lights Out, and has a number of her own hugely popular stand-up specials.
Niecy Nash

Niecy Nash is one of the best celebrities out there. Full stop. She's an amazing actor (have you seen her in Mrs. America?!), she's a brilliant comic (Ummmm Reno 911?!), and she continues to offer some of my favorite content on social media. Niecy Nash is someone I'm forever grateful is in the Zeitgeist, and even more grateful that this stunning power lesbian is a member of our community!
Tig Notaro
Tig Notaro is having one of the best decades of almost any celebrity I can think of. She got married to wife Stephanie Allynne, she's starring in Star Trek: Discovery, and she has appeared in shows and movies like AppleTV+'s The Morning Show and has multiple Grammy nominations under her belt for her brilliant stand-up shows. Notaro also is notorious for her lack of pop culture knowledge which is why her web series Under A Rock With Tig Notaro is so damn amazing and funny.
Sarah Paulson

Queen of the American Horror Story franchise, Sarah Paulson is one of most brilliant actors we have in Hollywood. She's won numerous awards, including an Emmy, for her amazing performance as Marcia Clark in The People vs. OJ Simpson, Paulson was also named one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in 2017. She also gets major points for the fact that her partner is icon of the screen Holland Taylor.
Kristen Stewart

I used to hem and haw about Kristen Stewart and I honestly don't know why. I've never seen the Twilight movies and I had only seen her in Panic Room with Jodie Foster (speaking of lesbians we love), which she was outstanding in. But something clicked for me a few years ago where I started to really love her, and then she came out and it just sealed the deal. She's a great actress, she's stunning, and she is not afraid to own who she is as she grows into the adult stage of her career and life.
