Grr and Woof and All That Jizz: My Top Five Favorite Bear Scenes and One Celeb

This weekend, the bears are coming to Palm Springs for the annual IBC (International Bear Convergence 2023). It's a fun, sexy time for Bears, Cubs, chasers, and their many admirers. The whole weekend is filled with pool parties, club nights, seminars, and the mingling of thousands of Bears at downtown Palm Springs' Hotel ZOSO. What makes a Bear? That question has as many answers as hairs on Jack Radcliffe's chest. Is he large, thick, and chunky? Is he beefy, muscular, and powerfully formed? Is he slender, lanky, or tautly trim? Hairy? Smooth? Or just a bit of fur? Older? Straight or gay, or even trans? If you're asking yer boy Hank here, the answer is...yes. Yes to all of it. I'm of the "Bear is a state of mind and how you carry yourself" kinda guy as opposed to "A Bear has to check off the following qualifications." In my den, all are welcome if you consider yourself as such.

So I was asked to pick five favorite Bear scenes, which is nary impossible given the plethora of Bears and the types of scenes available that I've written about. So I started scrolling through my old posts and found five that popped out at me. These in no way encompass all that gets my gonads churning, but they're sure to do the job pretty darn quickly. They do have one thing in common; they all have a "regular joe" blue collar kinda vibe to their performances and personalities. That's always been the kinda guy who turns my head. Hope you enjoy!

Gloryhole Guys

In their full-length title, Show Hard, Raging Stallion explored seedy bathroom sex, often a safe space for those guys through history uncomfortable with public meeting places, or those bigger or hairier guys often rejected by mainstream club gays. Seems so ridiculous such an archaic attitude existed, but it did and often still does, though Bears have definitely "gone mainstream."

The scene with award-winning bear Beau Butler sucking Sean Maygers through a gloryhole before getting his ass fucked and creamed is the stuff of retro porn gold, hearkening back to the '70s scenes by Colt and Falcon Studios when sex was furtive, secretive, captured under cover of night. These are Muscle Bears, though Butler is more Cub and Maygers is straight-up Wolf (muscular, taut and hairy as opposed to the Otter who is slender and hairy.) It ends with Butler's award-winning ass fucked and bred, and your jizz dripping over your hand!

All Bears, no Goldilocks

One of the best sites for straight-up Bear fucking and sucking is MuscleBearPorn and its "sister" site House of Angell. Both presided over by award-nominated Will Angell and his hubby Liam, they film gonzo style on handhelds and with simple tripods capturing them with whatever buddies they invite into their bed. Raging Stallion also gave us the stellar flick Truck Loads filled with so much hot blue-collar mouth-stuffing, ass-drilling action it's hard to pick one scene from it, though if I had to choose I'd have to say the outdoor threesome between Markus Kage and Ryan Bones banging the bejeesuz out of Teddy Torres. Kage, who identifies as straight (Breeder Bear!) gets a couple mentions in this post, probably for his laid-back "sure whatever the fuck" swagger in his demeanor as much as his dad-bod-with-muscles and gorgeous fur. And that's just the attitude I like to see in my men. When he's filling Bones' handsome face with his dick as Bones fucks Torres, it's a stellar visual sure to get your boner poppin'.

Often I'm thinking "Just gimme regular guys." Now of course what constitutes "regular" is purely subjective and can change with my whims. Over at Bear Films the threesome between Kyle Scott, Rusty McMann, and Marc Angelo is filled with "regular Bears." Those guys I see walking the aisles of Home Depot that turn my head may not be physically perfect for many, but they're physically perfect for me.

And they're a varied threesome: Scott is a ginger Cub who tops, Angelo is a tatted muscle vers dude who bottoms here, and McMann is an older ginger Bear who's been doing this a long time and is still so much fun to watch. What's so intensely gratifying here is that Kage, the self-identified straight guy IRL gets fucked. Say what you will about sexual positions defining one's sexuality, but let's give Kage his due. He gets to identify as he pleases, and it pleases me to watch him in any position he gets paid well to perform.
