Wow, this week's episode of For The Love of DILFS was a roller coaster of emotions so let’s just get right into it. Starting off with our new Daddy Charles. What can we say about this handsome Irish DILF? He’s a photographer, a writer, and quite the charmer. Charles got a chance to look through the cast before entering the mansion and already has his eyes on Matt and Mateo, who are lucky enough to be the first to go on a date with the hot new contestant. I also think Mateo is slowly becoming the most sought-after Himbo, but things in this house seem to change on a dime.

Speaking of changing up, I definitely did not see this one coming… Our beloved pairing Bobby and Nathan is seemingly done. The Himbos were choosing who they would be going on their dates with when Nathan completely blindsided Bobby by choosing Charles. My heart literally stopped and so did everyone else's. Bobby seemed so shocked and upset and later the two had a sit down with Stormy to try to figure out what just happened. Nathan explains himself and from what I gather he got in his head a bit and decided to ruin a good thing out of the fear of something being “too good to be true”. Self-sabotage is bitch sometimes, but I also believe everything happens for a reason. We see Gordon try and apologize to Tokeyo, that doesn’t go well but I think Gordon will be just fine.

After the dates, it is time for my favorite part of the show, eliminations, and this time it’s the Daddies on the chopping block. All eyes seem to be on Bobby since he is now the only one uncoupled, but it was way too soon in my opinion and I believe there is still time for him to find love. As the process begins to start Alex interrupts to get something off of his chest. In one of the most heartfelt moments I’ve seen in a long time, Alex opens up about not having healed from his recent breakup with his ex-fiance. He mentions how he had just started his sobriety not long before as well and he just truly needs time to heal and give himself love rather than continue on the show. To be so vulnerable with a group of strangers and a bunch of cameras around isn’t easy, it takes bravery and a lot of strength. Alex, we are all rooting for you on your journey and I will miss your presence on this show so much.
