Wanna See Bad Bunny and Gael García Bernal Makeout?! Thanks Cassandro!

If you've ever wondered—as we all no doubt have—what it would look like if Bad Bunny and Gael Garcia Bernal made out.... you're about to get a taste of exactly that in the new biopic the two star in called Cassandro!

The gay biopic tells the story of Saúl Armendáriz, the gay wrestler who became famous for his character Cassandro, better known to fans around the world as the “Liberace of Lucha Libre.” He was also the first American to win the prestigious Lucha Libre title. The film had its world premiere at Robert Redford's internationally renowned film festival, The Sundance Festival, for which the real-life Armendáriz was in attendance.

In the film, Bernal and Bunny (#BB?) share a steamy makeout scene, which quickly became one of the buzziest moments of the festival. Then a picture of the moment leaked and the internet went absolutely insane (as they should!). The still from the movie shows the two in tightly-fitted denim, leather, and a floral shirt sharing a passionate kiss on the counter of a store. WOOF.

This isn't Bad Bunny's first foray into exciting kisses. The queer artist recently caused waves around the world when he made out with a male dancer at an awards show last year.

Directed and co-written by Roger Ross Williams, Cassandro will premiere on Amazon's Prime later this year. Just to be safe, I've blocked out every single night for the rest of 2023 so that I'm open that night. No calls or texts, please.
