5 of the Kinkiest Movies Hollywood Has Ever Made

It's safe to say that we here love all things kink and all things sex, especially during our Fetish Month. If you're reading this right now, then I'd say it's safe to say that you do, too! So we figured it was time to round up the kinkiest movies to ever come out of Hollywood. If you have never seen these five movies, then consider them your Intro to Kinky Hollywood homework. Now be a good boy and read on.

Cruising

1980s Cruising is one of those movies that is still hot as fuck to watch over 40 years later. If you're unfamiliar, it stars Al Pacino in the prime of his sexy-ass life as Detective Steve Burns. He goes undercover to try to catch the twisted man targeting gay men in the NYC leather gay bar scene, which is gritty, unapologetic, and in some of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the city. This movie is so fucking hot it's ridiculous, and was filmed at our NYC's infamous The Eagle, in its original location.

Caligula

A year before Pacino was Cruising the gay bars, Malcolm McDowell was fucking anything that could walk in 1st Century Rome. Just 7 years after his iconic performance in Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange, McDowell was playing the infamous Emperor Caligula, who was born in 12 CE. The movie became one of the most scandalous stories in Hollywood in no small part to the fact that it shows rock hard dicks, full penetration, and orgies that would make even a Gen Z'er blush, and also because in addition to McDowell, it co-stars Helen Mirren, Peter O'Toole, and John Gielgud, just to name a few. Because of how scandalous the content was, director Bob Guccione refused to submit it to the MPAA, calling even an X rating to be demeaning to his art. Instead, he added his own "Mature Audiences" rating to the film, and told theater owners not to admit anyone under the age of 18.

Shortbus

Speaking of films that made massive and long-last ripples in the industry: Shortbus. I am in no way being hyperbolic when I say Shortbus is one of the greatest films ever made; if nothing else it's certainly in my personal Top 10. The movie showcases a TON of Queer sex, orgies galore (including full penetration), and some of the most beautiful and poignant scenes I've ever seen on screen. Directed by artistic genius John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), the movie stars Paul Dawson, Sook-Yin Lee, Peter Stickles, Lindsay Beamish, and a slew of other incredible actors. If you've never seen this movie, I truly cannot implore you enough to got watch it now. It's *exceptional*.

Eyes Wide Shut

The second Kubrick movie to make this list, Eyes Wide Shut was one of the movie divisive movies of 1999, and remains one of the most hotly contested movies of the iconic director's career. It stars Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, back in the days when they were married. The movie is at once mysterious, depressing, and hot as fuck. Eyes Wide Shut reminded people that behind doors, even the highest of society gets down, especially when identities remain in the darkness. If you've never seen this movie, it's as big of a mind fuck as it is an actual fuck. It's definitely worth a sexy night-in watch!

Body of Evidence

Madonna stars in this movie as an insatiable sexpot with a kink for rough sex, leading to her sugar daddy dying during sex. Then she pours wax on Willem Dafoe's bare chest during sex.
