#GrindrFails: Let’s Keep Your Pets Off the Apps, Ok?

All of us gays love our pets, but do they really belong on the app we use to find our hookups?

On this week's Grindr Fails, we point out how animal references just don't always seem to work when trying to chat somebody up for nudes.

Animal comparisons get used all the time (humping like a 🐶, hung like a 🐴,  etc.) But does it always work?

I mean, yeah this might sound good as your writing it, but to the other guy reading it? He might just think you're kinda creepy.

Of course saying you're hiding like a cat seems perfectly normal with this next pet mention on Grindr:

I don't think you'd find much success in finding a hookup by revealing that you are equally (and grossly!) as interested in their pet. Just sayin...

And finally, it's totally fine to love your pets, but do you really need to introduce them over Grindr:

I mean, Grindr is supposed to be about finding some action, right? I don't think your (granted) adorable puppy was quite what the guy was talking about when he asked to see your dog...

Call me old fashioned, but I think Grindr should stick to dick and face pics, and sexual preferences instead of saying how much you feel like a cat, think that dog is adorable, or even get turned on by it...
