Five Hottest Moments in “Fire Island” On Hulu

So? Did you watch it? Did you watch the most talked about gay movie of the summer? From writer/star Joel Kim Booster, Fire Island was a gay re-telling of Jane Austen's classic Pride & Prejudice. Starring opposite Booster is SNL cast member Bowen Yang as best friend Howie, as well as Conrad Ricamora as love interest Will. As if those leads weren't amazing enough, the supporting cast consists of Queer icon, comedian Margaret Cho, as well as Matt Rogers, Torian Miller, Tomas Matos, and Nick Adams, among others. Because it's the story of romance as told through the eyes of a bunch of Queers on Fire Island, there were bound to be some sexy as hell scenes. Here is a look at my top faves:

Bradley Gibson

Broadway star Bradley Gibson makes a cameo in the very first scene of Fire Island. The movie opens with Booster's Noah waking up to a slew of texts asking where he is, clearly late for what's about to be his trip to the title locale. As he's getting dressed his seemingly guy du jour sits up in bed and smiles one of the most handsome smiles you can fathom. That's Bradley Gibson and he's one of the best actors on Broadway, as well as clearly a rising TV/Film star. Noah quickly kicks him out, telling him he's gotta jet so he can get ready to leave. He tells us by way of voice over, "I know it was a little harsh, but he had boyfriend energy and that is just not me." Well the gorgeous Gibson definitely gives major boyfriend vibes, but alas, he's married in real-life to husband and Tony Award winner Adam Hyndman.

The Almost Kiss

There's something so hot about the kiss that almost happens, especially when tension has building up throughout the course of a movie. Throw in some mud covered gorgeous homos holding each other in the rain? Oof. Yes, please. This scene between stars Joel Kim Booster and Conrad Ricamora happens in the middle of the movie when tensions are finally bursting, and the two characters are letting their barriers down.

Conrad Ricamora... Always.

I didn't know Conrad Ricamora very well before this movie, but now I'm never going to forget him. He's sexy, he's charming, and he's a damn good actor. But back to that sexy part, Jesus he is so fucking sexy. Even when he's in a shirt you can see his arms pushing through the fabric, and when he's shirtless? Oof. Forget about it. One of my new biggest celeb crushes for sure.

Anytime Nick Adams Is Shirtless

Nick Adams plays the perfect lovable fuck boy who's also kinda the worst. And part of that role is having a gorgeously chiseled body, which Adams has in spades. Adams plays Cooper, one of the members of the house Conrad Ricamora is staying in for the week, and you quickly grow to hate his character for being a bit of a douchebag, but not as much as you hate other members of the house. Throughout the movie, Adams shows off his shredded abs that perfectly compliment his chiseled jaw. Yum.

Joel Kim Booster Just Walking Around. No... seriously

At one point in the movie, Noah wakes up to realize Howie isn't in bed, a sign he must've had a great night. Noah gets up and heads to the kitchen to meet up with the rest of the group, and he is in his full, waking-up-shirtless glory. If you've watched any of Joel Kim Booster's stand-up, you can tell that he's in great shape. But in Fire Island we really get the best of what he's got, and what he's got is sexy as hell! For whatever reason this scene stood out to me as extra hot. I think it's the fact that he's just casually walking around the house like we live together. Aw.
