If you were in charge of generating interest in a trailer for a Shawn Mendes documentary on Netflix, how would you open the trailer? With a sampling of Mendes' singing? With footage of him and Camila Cabello licking each other? With Shawn Mendes wearing clothes in general? OR With Shawn Mendes moodily cleansing his naked jock bod in the shower? Ding ding ding. On November 23rd Shawn Mendes fans can catch a brand new documentary on Netflix about his life called In Wonder. For anyone wanting a taste of the general direction of the doc, here's a direct quote of Shawn (talking about Camila) in the trailer:
My song comes on the radio and I’m like ‘Everything is about you, they’ve always been about you,' and she was like ‘What do you mean?’ and I’m like ‘They’re all about you, like, every song I’ve ever wrote.'
Imagine having the privilege of being straight, and deciding to use it like that. SMDH. And for any doubters about Mendes' sexuality, remember that he is indeed straight. In 2019 even said that he's so straight, that gay rumors hurt him. As they say, the definition of being secure in your masculinity is being devastated by gay rumors:
