Alex Landi’s Bringing A New Gay Romance To ‘Grey’s Anatomy’

As one of the longest-running medical dramas, Grey's Anatomy, kicks off its 15th season, there's a lot of speculation surrounding what exactly it can do to keep pumping out new storylines. One of the many ways the show's writer plan on keeping it current is through the newest sexy doc at Grey Sloan Memorial, Dr. Nico Kim, played by hottie Alex Landi.

Not only has the writing staff opted to deliver us a sexy gay doctor, but they may be going one step further by giving him a love interest.

In an interview with PopSugar, Giacomo Gianniotti, who plays Dr. Andrew DeLuca, hinted at a power dynamic between Landi's character and his own. "Someone might be on a higher level, someone might be on a lower level," he said.

James Pickens Jr., who plays Dr. Richard Webber, said that one of the "underlings" at the hospital may have a crush on the new doctor. "He catches the eye of one of the interns, and it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out," he said.

If I find it hard to look away, I can only imagine how hard it would be to work with someone as hot as Landi.

Season 15 has been dubbed the "season of love" by cast and crew, so it's not super surprising the writers have been working on another LGBTQ-centric coupling. Let's just hope they throw some hot shower scenes in there somewhere, too.
