Ewoud Broeksma: The (Naked) Art of Speed Skating

As we bid a fond farewell to the 2006 Winter Olympics (uh, they are over already, aren't they?), we look back on the main reasons we tuned in when we did: all those titan-thigh'd male speed skaters in skintight Lycra bodysuits. As much fun as it was to look at all those bulges in motion, it's even more fun imagining what those bulges look like without any intervening layers of fabric ... and once again we thank photographer Ewoud Broeksma for helping make our fantasies a reality. We're already looking forward to seeing what he uncovers in 2010.
