The Naked Eye: MIX Festival Mystery Auctions

In one of the more imaginative fundraising ideas we've seen, the folks behind New York's MIX Festival gave almost 150 celebrities disposable cameras, asked them to shoot the entire roll, and had them return the cameras without developing the film ... and now you can bid on the mystery exposures on eBay over the course of the next week. While seeing, say, what caught Harvey Fierstein's or Lucy Lawless' eye might be interesting in its way, we're more curious to see what Fleshbot faves like Johnny Hazzard, Gus Mattox, Damon Demarco, Hunter James, Buck Angel, and COLT Man Exclusive Adam Dexter (as well as a half dozen of his COLT brethren) came up with instead. One can only hope that a few self-portraits were part of their artistic vision.
