Goodbye, Patrick

If you're wondering why we haven't gotten around to saying anything about last month's announcement that Sean Cody trophy stud Patrick has decided to (ahem) "retire from porn and focus more on having a family", it's simply because ... well, we've been beside ourselves with grief about it, especially given the fact that it wasn't so long ago that it seemed like every other post around here was dedicated to chronicling Patrick's progression from solo star to trade-y top to pushy enthusiastic bottom. Along with several readers at Gay Porn Blog, we're wondering how the future Mrs. Patrick feels about her husband's career (assuming that the whole farewell story is true and not just, say, some publicity stunt to drive even more change into Mr. Cody's coffers); we're also sure we're not alone in thinking that she is definitely one lucky broad.
