DVD: “Real Urban Stories”

"Real Urban Stories" is the second production from Real Urban Men, the newish line by New York's Latino Fan Club, and includes much more full-on hardcore action than their usual offerings. The half dozen or so scenes are inspired by stories from urban blatino lore (think "messed around with my sister's/cousin's/etc. boyfriend", "met some trade on the J train", etc.) and feature minimal plot and a good looking, authentic cast of Brooklyn's finest: one abtastic thug-flavored hottie takes extra care to remove all of his jewelry, do-rags and the obligatory extra pair of baggy jogging pants before he gets down to business. Our hands-down favorite is the dark, ripped, and hung Haven in the last scene, "Haven's First Time"—even if we just saw him shtupping two guys senseless in "Queens Plaza Pickup" and "Love of the Dick". Maybe they mean it's his first time doing in Brooklyn? So it's not porn verité after all. We're not complaining.-RM
