Black Scorpion’s “Dreams Of Rafael”

Alright, we admit it: we've been just as paralyzed with anxiety about the Dixie Chicks winning more than one Grammy this year and potential layoffs over at MTV as you were. But we also know that's no excuse for not posting yet about the first release from porn studlet Rafael Alencar's newly formed studio, Black Scorpion Video. (Actually, maybe the fact that the studio website has been permanently "under re-construction" since it launched has something to do with it?) "Dreams of Rafael" is, as the director-slash-actor-slash-writer-slash-editor-slash-(any title he can think to give himself as Studio Boss) noted, "I'm very proud of the results, the steamy sex scenes, the lush settings." Hey, Rafael? We're all a little proud of those lush settings too. The thing is, we try not to take credit for nature's work. But you can certainly take credit for the overall body of your work. And if said body is in fact an indication of things to come, 2007 looks like it will be a very good year for Rafael and company indeed. -VH
