The world needs a bigger dose of Toxicboy, the formerly Vancouver-, now Montreal-based photographer and erotic provocateur whose work we're still loving almost three years after we first found it for the way he explores that intersection between art, porn, fashion, self-exposure, and voyeurism (not to mention those baby blues and the fact that he looks as good naked as his models do). Unfortunately, a burglar made off with Mikel's equipment and archived material a few months ago, putting a damper on his plans to publish a book of his work but not on his creativity; to help get him back behind (and in front of) the lens, he's offering fans of his work an opportunity to see and/or own more of it by making a donation to replace his gear. Trust us: if he's even half as famous one day as we think he's going to be, that print you get in appreciation for your generosity will be the best bargain in your art collection ever. (And did we mention that he, like, looks really good naked?)
