Bound & Gagged: The Blog

Back in 2005, Bound & Gagged magazine was one of the earliest casualties of the new 2257 regulations. For nearly twenty years before that, the publication was dedicated to gay bondage enthusiasts with more of a "home schooling" slant than Porn Valley gloss: it included articles about real-life BDSM encounters, hot one-handed fiction, bondage tips and tricks, and lots of hot photos. We thought those "plain brown wrapper" days were nothing but a happy memory ... until this week, that is, when we came across B&G editor Bob Wingate's blog. It's an in-depth look at the magazine's history where you can also buy back issues, the magazine's hard-to-find video line, and equipment and clothing; there's also an extensive fiction archive, offering the usual BDSM fantasy material as well as more exotic fare ("Skinhead Abuses Mother While Deaf Mother Sleeps, anyone?) It's a great resource for anyone who misses the good old days of hardcore gay bondage smut; let's hope this incarnation sticks around for a while.-RM
