How To: Cruise For Sex (And Not Get Arrested)

Continuing its longstanding tradition of helping law-abiding (and occasionally law-nonabiding) horndogs to exercise their right to look for anonymous hookups, the editors of Cruising For Sex have inaugurated a multipart series and forum discussion on legal issues involved in public cruising where law experts are asked for their opinions on the matter. As far as taking a walk in the park is concerned, cruising is (or should be) ... well, a walk in the park: since they're public spaces, there's generally nothing prohibiting you from enjoying some healthy exercise while keeping your eye on the local fauna, and we expect that subsequent posts about cruising rest areas, public toilets, and shopping malls will pretty much come to the same conclusion. Walking around the park with your dick hanging out of your pants and an economy-sized bottle of lube (or, uh, ballpark mustard) tucked conspicuously in your back pocket, however, may be another story.
