Judging A Porn By Its Cover (Or Not)

It's almost too easy to make funny of cheesy porn box covers (believe us, we do it all the time)—like, you try coming up with a sexy, original, and eye-catching design when all you have is a copy of Photoshop 2.5, one of those CD font collections you find in the clearance bin at Office Depot, and a couple of crappy scans at your disposal and there's a print run deadline for "Cum Catching Sluts #47" hanging over your head. (Trust us, we've been there too.) So our hats are off to NakedSword's Tim and Roma for pointing out some of the finer moments in gay porn box cover design over the last several years decades: finally, all those hard working graphic design assistants are getting the respect and recognition they deserve! (At least until they post a followup spotlighting the worst in box cover design, that is, which they're promising to do soon. Then again, the cheesy stuff totally deserves its time in the spotlight too.)
