Straight Dudes Jerking Off! (Well, Sorta)

If you're turned on by watching hot half-naked straight guys stroking their meat ... well, you might be at least sort of interested in this photo series by Gabriel Martinez currently on view at Boston's Samson Projects. But not for the reasons you might expect.

Titled "Self Portraits by Heterosexual Men", the photos show their subjects from the knees down and only hint at what's going on above the top edge of the picture via a pair of curled toes or an open girly mag on the floor or a half-glimpsed bottle of lube elsewhere in the frame; the fact that the photos suggest more than they reveal makes them sexier in some ways than, say, watching a straight guy jerk off at a site like Sean Cody, and also sets up some interesting questions involving privacy, voyeurism, sexual identity, and desire. (Unless, of course, you're just into closeups of naked man feet, in which case you'll probably enjoy the photos without asking too many questions anyway.)
