NYC Fashion Week Update: Men’s Skin Is (Not So) In

EDITORIAL FEATURES

It is said (by us) that September divides the Gays into three distinct camps: those who love Burning Man, those who love Southern Decadence, and those who love Fashion Week. While the desert air does lovely things for our t-zone, and decadence of any kind is one of our favorite concepts, there's still nothing like Fashion Week: sure, you can find half-naked boys in body paint and sequins at all three, but Fashion Week has free espresso! Alas, the New York men's shows have been relatively skin-free so far, even though they feature duds for Spring 2009, meaning they should be full of swimsuits and g-strings and other things that signal an end to winter. Luckily, recent runways in Paris, Milan, and elsewhere have been more considerably less prudish. Check out some hot Spring 2009 catwalk action after the jump and let your inner Tim Gunn run wild!
