R.I.P.: Porn Performer Caleb Carter Takes Own Life

It's never fun to have to put the snark aside here at Fleshbot Central but the sad news coming from San Diego this weekend warrants it. News has come to us that porn performer and electric personality, Caleb Carter, hung himself on Friday at the tender age of 24. The start of "Dorm Days" and "Ball Jocks" was found in his apartment by a friend who became suspicious after he failed to answer his door. A former gay porn agent was setting up his own Web site, and had hired "straight" stud Mike Roberts as a performer. He advertised in the sex press and gay newspapers for young men who might want to be interested in having sex on the site. Caleb Carter was one of two young men who answered the ad. Roberts would become incredibly picky about who he fucked. Caleb Carter was lucky enough to be the first. Roberts adored him." Friend and confidant J.C. I directed him in two movies and we became great girlfriends almost immediately."
