Proving that they are completely out of ideas, MTV is looking to do an episode of their documentary series "True Life" following gay for pay porn stars. It's pretty sad when even Tyra scoops you.
We got our hands on an email that they're looking for guys to cast in the special. "We are interested in hearing from people with all kinds of stories, from a young person working in gay porn to make a living, to a college student in a same-sex escort service to earn extra cash, or even a straight bartender working for tips in a gay club," the casting notice reads. Well, of course, you have to be gay-for-pay and under 28 (or at least look under 28), since old people don't read on MTV's satellite feed, they just end up as white blobs that have no voice or impact on the world.
We would love for Fleshbot Nemesis Pat Bateman to be in the episode, especially with his bestie Rusty Stevens. You know we're going to have to watch this and blog about it, and it will just be so much more fun if we get to make fun of Pat the whole time.
Oh, and didn't they do this special already with Jet Set star Aaron James?
The full casting notice is below, because, as much as we make fun of it, we are still MTV's bitch.
True Life: I'm Gay For Pay
Are you a straight person engaging in sexual activity with same-sex partners, in exchange for money, despite the fact that you're heterosexual? Are you currently employed in the sex industry, working in gay porn or as an escort catering to same-sex clients? Perhaps you're a college student simply looking to earn some extra cash on the side. Are you enjoying yourself in spite of your true sexual orientation? Or did you get involved in this line of work out of necessity? Do your friends and family know what you do or are you living with a secret that you fear could be exposed at any moment? If you're lining your pockets by pretending to be gay for a living, MTV wants to hear from you.If you appear to be between the ages of 16 and 28, and you think that you have an interesting story to tell the world about your experiences, email us at [email protected] with all of the details. Please be sure to include your name, location, phone number and a photo.
