With last week's news that Maveti Media, which printed several gay porn mags, was folding, we shed a little tear for the smut of days gone by. Here's a celebration of our favorite rags.

We (as in the intern!) scoured the internet for some of the best covers from porn mags past but not forgotten. Looking through them you'll see some of the best models from the '70s, '80s, and '90s and some hilarious ridiculousness that may not have even been sexy at the time. Seriously, Stallion actually put that guy on the cover—but then again, the Honcho image is scrumptious even to this day. Either way, flipping through these is like walking down memory lane—or finding a crusty tissue you've forgotten about under your bed.
