We love Fleshbot Fitness Guru Scott Herman, but every time we see him he's like working out and bouncing around and shit. At last he'ss doing nothing but sitting there and looking hot—just the way we want him.

This is the behind-the-scenes footage of Herman's recent alter ego photo shoot where he plays two aspects of his personality: the buttoned up prude, and the horny party boy. While he's still buff as fuck, this is the first time we've seen him where he isn't hurling barbells and other equipment we haven't touched in a long time. We don't want to have to be reminded of all that work it takes to get a tight body, we just want to look at the body! Check out the resulting picture below.
