Lady Gaga Has Ruined Hot Guys Forever

All the gays are talking about just how great Lady Gaga looked at the Grammys on Sunday. They're right, but her kooky fashion is threatening to take over otherwise perfectly fine beefcake photo shoots. We just want hot guys!

First it was the whole first issue of Guarro Magazine, which had 11 artists interpret the pop diva and gay favorite. Of course nearly all of their shoots—Including the one by Exterface (above) and Jay Barri Matthews (left)—include hot guys in barely anything but some insane get up. Can't we just have the guys wearing nothing but a simple span of cloth to cover up their naughty bits? Or better yet, nothing at all! We don't need all that fancy couture, just some nice pecs!

Then we saw this penis print suit in Wonderland Magazine, and it is obvious that the Gaga avant garde influence is flitting all about the fashion world. She's not as meta and self-referential as these briefs, but the spirit of playfulness she brings to her clothing is certainly bleeding through the culture. Remember just a couple of years ago we had boys with beautiful bodies in bare briefs? Now we get this!

At least one company isn't intimidated. Classic down under swimwear and underwear manufacturer AussieBum is still making the Speedos and jockeys that made them famous. Yes, they have a new line, but it's just some slight innovations on the old favorites. After all this sparkly extravagance, it's nice to have something familiar to work with. But we really should stop complaining. As long as the models have abs for days, who really cares what they have on?
