When Did Vanity Fair Turn Into a Beat Off Rag?

Now that almost all the naked men magazines are defunct, this stalwart of celebrity interviews and long-form journalism is picking up the slack. And with almost-naked soccer players, of course!

This is the cover of the magazine's latest issue with studs Cristiano Ronaldo and Didier Drogba photographed by Annie Leibovitz. And they're not the only two she snapped. She got some of the sports hottest starts to get into patriotic underoos in anticipation of the World Cup in South Africa coming up. As American's we know little about this international competition, but given soccer player's penchant for being gorgeous and taking their clothes off at any given opportunity, we sure will be paying attention.
