The decidedly heterosexual star cricket player will be the subject of a nude photo spread in the upcoming issue of Attitude Magazine. And, all matters of bourgeois British sports star hotness aside, this is actually newsworthy! He'll be the first professional cricket player to be featured on the UK gay magazine's cover.

Anderson is hoping that his shoot with the magazine will attract a new kind of fan to cricket, as well as dispel rumors about homophobia in the sport. ""If there are any gay cricketers, they should feel confident enough to come out, because I don't think there is homophobia in cricket." This is great, sure, but…well…come on. Of course there isn't any (or at least not much) homophobia in cricket. It's fucking cricket. This is what wealthy, 19th century British dandies used to watch in between orgies and poetry readings.
