This photo shoot, entitled "The Emperer" by photographer McKenzie James is composed of pictures of a naked model covered in sketches of designer duds. Get it? Like "The Emperor Has No Clothes?" Only the emperor is really hot?
Don't mind our vaguely sarcastic tone, though, as we honestly think this is one of the coolest and most singularly original ideas for a fashion editorial that we've seen in a long time. James employs artist Andrew Coimbra to paint spare line drawings of pieces by designer labels like Tom Ford, Versace and Yojhi Yamamoto to simultaneously deconstruct the use of designer duds in fashion spreads and give us a whole new look at how clothing sits on the body.
