Other than singing female divas, pornstars are the royalty of the gays. Gay porn helped spread the importance of condom use in the 80s and 90s, and it's great to see it here promote healthy living.
Dominic Ford's been running the workout series for a few weeks now, and we believe these boys have got Jane Fonda beat any day.
These excellent workouts cover the full body. (They include sex scenes for those more interested in seeing than getting tight gluts.) The stars tell you the importance of each workout, describe proper form, and demonstrate the moves. We felt our abs tightening, our pecs shaping up, and our biceps bulging as big as our eyes by watching the routines. Here's how the workouts break out:

Our only wish is that all boys did their workout naked, like Gavin Waters does. It's rare when we can jerk off and get educated simultaneously.
