Video games most famous characters have ditched saving damsels in distress and have gone the way of The Peters Twins. In a sexy spread by the French Publication MUTO Manifesto, a hunky alternative Mario and Luigi show their brotherly love.

Click on the player below—endearingly titled "Looney Dudes"—and you'll be virtually flipping through classic cartoon and video game characters re-imagined in nearly nude human form. First up is a Mickey Mouse, played by the bitingly handsome Tbierry. Curious choice, until we realized that in human form, would Mickey indeed be black in whiteface? Oh, the awkwardness of cartoon animals as humans! Then we get to the horny Mario Bros., obviously over trying to beat Bowser, and perhaps more interested in group fun with some Koopa Troopas.

Randor from the Masters of Universe is our final hottie, and looks nothing like how we remember him, except for the beard. No matter. If the originals looked like the sculpted hunks shown here, we'd have enjoyed these characters in a completely different light.
