“Zeb Altas is The Boyfriend” is a Gay Man’s Secret, Shameful Sex Fantasy

Some of us want to meet one special guy. Most of us want to have sex with however many guys possible. Now that we've seen the by turns ridiculous and erotic film of Zeb Altas in "The Boyfriend," we're convinced that egotistical infidelity is first on the list of most men.

The film follows Zeb's sexcapades with three different men as he decides which will be his boyfriend: Skye Woods, Adam Killian, or Christopher "Casey" Daniels. The whole fantasy is undermined by the knowledge that muscle monster Zebbie is gay-for-pay, but he gives it the ol' college try. The film should more appropriately be called "The Fuck Buddy," since nothing about it makes Zeb seem like boyfriend material. Every scene has him kicking back as his partners service his dick and ass, and then he tops them to completion.

The film shows that Zeb, as a boyfriend, would only be palatable to guys who desire to be hardworking bitch bottoms with no chance of mutual lovemaking. The final scene has Zeb deciding which guy will be his by seeing who can get him off as he's blindfolded, lying prone on a bed, without having to interact. As we predicted, the sex isn't so bad, despite Zeb essentially acting like a dead log. His partners have such steamy sexual appetites, their worship of the behemoth's every nook and orifice can't help but be arousing.

This video's message is less about the obvious hero-worship of Zeb, and more about a glorification of infidelity. It's a-okay to cheat on your man, it says, and worse, it states that your men won't even care. Most of us wouldn't mind sleeping around with as many men as humanly possible, but when it comes to boyfriends, most of us would want some semblance of fidelity. The film should more properly be called "The Player," or "The Egoist"—that's how Zeb, as hunky as he is, comes across. He definitely doesn't seem like a loving, nurturing boyfriend.
