In Granada, Spain, to inspire the populace to eat fruits and vegetables, the Secretary General decided to strip down and flash his bare buttocks. He may eat healthy, but what the hell is he smoking?

Nicolás Chica's full title is the Secretary General of the Union for Small Farmers and Ranchers in Granada.
