We are rusty on our knowledge of Eastern European public transit systems, but if they're anything like America's, there's a lot of downtime between trains. OutinPublic resolves that problem beautifully. Ask not what your transit system can do for you--ask who you can fuck while waiting for it.

Our protagonist here is a sort of public porn Babe Ruth, pointing at his pick on the platform and telling the camera, "I promise you, I'll fuck him." And it's a home run!
