Learn Life-Saving CPR Techniques from Samuel O’Toole

We love Samuel O'Toole. We were totally digging the 'stache he was rocking in a couple recent scenes, and he answered our prayers last month by fucking hot newcomer Bryan Cole in some crazy technicolor socks. We have yet to see him bottom on his Next Door site like fellow über top Austin Wilde, but this clever beefcake seems to be taking his career in a new direction that's more, um, helpful?

Using his site as a platform to do good, Samuel is teaching viewers mouth-to-mouth resuscitation in his new scene. A life-threatening situation can happen when you least expect it, so we're thankful to have such a readily available guide. Listen closely, as you may need to repeat these steps the next time your partner (or any stranger on the street, really) is having difficulty breathing.

1. Make sure your patient is lying flat on his back before beginning compressions on his chest. If your patient is unconscious, remove his shirt.

2. If you need to breathe for your patient, tilt his head back and breathe lightly into his mouth.

3. If your patient is still unresponsive, tweak his nipples.

4. If your patient regains consciousness, he may be in shock. Remove any additional restrictive clothing, and make sure blood is still flowing to his dick.

5. Once your patient's genitals are free, you may need to check circulation. You can do this by running your tongue down his shaft.

6. If your patient is awake, he may be in shock. Place your own cock in his mouth to activate his oral glands.

7. Remove all additional clothing, as it may become distracting.

8. If your patient is still unresponsive, place one hand around his cock and massage it in an upward motion. Encourage him to do the same to you.

9. If your patient responds with phrases like "fuck" and "oh fuck yes," he may be startled. Allow him to stand and thrust his dick into your hole. Remember to make sure to open your legs wide to allow him full access.

10. If thrusting patterns are consistent, check his depth perception by switching positions. This time, you should be on your hands and knees, allowing your patient full access to that whorish hole.
