Chris Crocker Says Gay Porn Was “The Best Way To Sell Out And Cash In”

World of Wonder is running this great little web series in which the legendary RuPaul drives her favorite gaylebrities around town in a 1983 Ford Pinto (you have to jiggle the door handle to get out) for a good chat.

Sounds lame, but it's actually quite good. We recommend you check out the episode featuring Sharon Needles, where Ru basically tells her racist comrade to tone it down a notch.

This week's episode features Internet sweetheart Chris Crocker, whom you know platonically as the "Leave Britney Alone" crier, and more intimately as the cockslut that had a bareback fourgy with the Maverick Men and then-boyfriend Justin Goble. Surprisingly, Ru is not skirting the porn issue here.

Crocker tells Ru that his decision to do porn was "a relationship decision" because he knew he "wasn't gonna make Chris Crocker money forever." He and Goble decided to film porn together, he says, so they could "buy a house."

Before you think it, RuPaul already said it — "Can you buy a house with porn money?!"

It's mostly hilarious, though, because the Maverick Men have always insisted that they do not pay the men that appear in their films. These boys do it because they want to. This may or may not have something to do with "being the most suicidal [he'd] ever been" a week before the film came out.
