Peyronie's Disease

As we all know, the curved dick is a beautiful thing. There's a point, however, when a curved cock goes from being a prostate pleaser to a painful prick, and the name for this is Peyronie's disease - coined after a urologist who's kids are probably stoked to be associated with bent dicks forever. I would be! It's important to note that most dicks have some kind of curve - even if we're talking boomerang status - it's most likely that the God of genetics was throwing you a bone when he blessed you with a pocket banana.

If a penis goes from straight to curved throughout its life, however, especially if the change occurs during a traumatic event and is associated with pain, it can be Peyronie's disease. The penis has two main compartments that fill with blood when you watch Sean Cody, called the corpora cavernosas. Peyronie's disease occurs after trauma creates scar tissue on some part of the dick, causing basically a pinch in the spongy tissue in the form of a hard plaque. This can range from minuscule areas of the hard scar tissue that might not correlate to a specific event, to a large hard plaque area causing significant bending. While rare, the latter, a more or less "broken" penis, can be associated with a number of events but predominantly rough sex, especially when someone's riding a dick. If the weight of the bottom's body happens to smash down at a weird angle it can cause damage and the formation of the plaque.

Treatments

The proven effectiveness of treatments for Peyronie's disease are still at an early stage, and generally a doctor will only undergo any type of surgery if the Peyronie's disease is so severe that it keeps the patient from being able to fuck an anus.

Pills

The first thing a doc will most likely do is get you on dem pills. Pentoxifylline is popular for the treatment of PD and helps to increase blood flow to extremities. You can also take vitamin E supplements.

Verapamil Injection

This basically consists of a doctor jabbing your dick a bunch of times with verapamil - a drug that is supposed to break apart scar tissue. It's actually falling by the wayside as there isn't a great deal of data to back up its success rate. And it sound horrifying.

Surgery

If the dick is so curved that it will not go into an anus, a doctor can actually shorten the other side of the penis to try and even things out.

As always, consult a medical professional if you have any concerns about your spew spout!
