Listen To These Two Rants Epic Rants Before You Criticize Another Porn Star’s Appearance

Scott Riley and Dakota Wolfe make some interesting points about body image and gay porn that you should probably listen to.

Do you like Periscope? Do you even know what Periscope is? If you don't know, Periscope is a live video-streaming app, made popular when Twitter acquired it in March of this year. Even if you're not much into video or live streaming, it's valuable even if just to watch the live streams. People have shared some pretty interesting corners of their lives, and porn stars - due to the nature of the work they perform - are no different. Since starring in porn is exhibitionist by nature, and watching porn is voyeuristic by nature, porn stars and Periscope are the perfect match. Even if nothing "overtly sexual" is allowed, it has been a good way for porn stars to connect with their fan base.

The thing about the streams, though, is that they're only available 24 hours after the broadcast ends. So if you go to their pages, you'll no longer see these rants. And that is sad; Tuesday night was a busy time for Periscopes! and for rants! Both newcommer Scott Riley and not-as-newcummer Dakota Wolfe took to the app - at the same time, too, but not simultaneously - to rant about the woes starring in porn. Diesel Washington was also ranting on Twitter. But when is he not ranting?

Anyway, in Scott Riley's rant, he reveals that he made the cardinal sin: reading the comments section of gay porn blogs.

Scott Riley Periscope Rant

Scott Riley gets ALLLLLLLLLL the points for "you can sit on this and rotate". If you watched until the very end, you'd know what I meant.

In the clip, Scott addresses a comment someone made about the acne on his back and ass, saying that his steroid use has become too much. Scott then reveals that he's never taken steroids and that he works hard for his body. He also reveals that he's always struggled with acne - it was a reason why he waited to get into porn. And he's finally at a point where he's secure enough with himself that he can tell his haters what's up.

Besides: Does it LOOK like he has any backne or bimples?

This mirrors things I've said previously. I posted about one of the hottest models Active Duty has ever had - Jeremy Diesel - and many were quick to point out his backne in the comments. And in the follow-up scene, where his backne had improved, no one said anything! I've even seen people commenting on the "attractiveness" of porn model's cocks. And one time, I saw someone complain that a porn star's eyes were too close together.

I know delighted customers tell 3 friends, and angry customers tell 300 friends, and it's easier to rag on what you hate than what you love. I just wish that more people would take the time to leave nice comments rather than hateful ones.

Even if he does, and this is photoshop or makeup, there's no denying that this is a fine backside. With that bubble butt, that great muscular back, AND WITH ALL THAT SASS (because he sassed two other people during the stream), I'm interested in seeing more from him.

Dakota Wolfe Periscope Rant

Sometime in the middle of Scott's live-stream, Dakota Wolfe logged on to rant, and to announce his "hiatus" from porn, "because you don't really retire from porn".

I do suppose he's right - amongst others, didn't Jon Galt make a return to porn after a FOURTEEN-YEAR HIATUS? Once you're in, you're never truly out.

In his stream, Dakota states the reason for his hiatus; he's going through some things, but also states that porn can be monotonous. The same bodies doing the same things in scenarios that have been done over and over and over again - he's bored of it. Not only that, but the pressure to maintain - from yourself, from fans, from other people in the industry - can be a lot to bear. Considering Raging Stallion had it's first duo scene in five years with 2 black guys since 2010, there may be some truth to what he's saying.

Though he has retired, he says he's filmed some scenes that will be on Naked Sword soon, and he'll be around social media. So this Periscope rant won't be the last of him!

At the same time Dakota's Periscope was happening, Diesel Washington was on a rant about diversity in porn, and why there is none. His tweets were in line with what Dakota was saying:

The funny thing is I bet most of the comments will have to do with not having any remorse for porn stars, and that this attitude comes with the nature of the work, therefore continuing the vicious cycle. A little niceness may go a long way.
